Strengthening Partnerships Through On-the-Ground Collaboration: A Two-Day Insight into Singapore Airlines’ Ground Operations

Our Key Account Manager for Singapore Airlines (SIA), Susan Thesen, recently completed a two-day visit to Singapore, where she met with SIA’s Airport Safety, Security and Compliance Team at Changi Airport.

 

This in-depth, on-the-ground experience allowed Susan to gain valuable insights into Singapore Airlines’ ground operations, enhancing our understanding of their operational requirements.
