The Load Control Centre in Cape Town plays a crucial role in controlling the weight and balance of aircraft. Proper loading is essential for flight safety, as incorrect distribution of passengers, cargo and fuel can compromise the stability of the aircraft. GLC’s Load Control Team ensures that CityLine flights operate safely and efficiently by closely monitoring the weight and balance of each aircraft. GLC has a very professional and experienced management and operations teams that assisted Scoot's smooth transition to Centralised Load Control for its network. From Day 1, GLC agents have been very efficient and pro-actively assisting stations with flight handling to produce accurate Loadsheets. This allowed our flights to depart safely and on time.
