As a German-speaking Customer Care Consultant, you will support airline customers with travel-related services and enquiries via calls, chat and email. Requirements

C1 German + fluent English (verbal & written)
Grade 12 or tertiary qualification
Proven customer service experience
Home office with stable fibre internet (min. 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
Computer proficient
Namibian citizen / permanent resident
Available for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
