About the Role

As a German-speaking Customer Care Consultant, you will support airline customers with travel-related services and enquiries via calls, chat and email. This is a remote job in Namibia within the global aviation industry, offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting international airlines and global travel customers.

Requirements

  • C1 German + fluent English (verbal & written)
  • Grade 12 or tertiary qualification
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Home office with stable fibre internet (min. 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
  • Computer proficient
  • Namibian citizen / permanent resident
  • Available for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
